Unlike Rathian, Pink Rathian is more aggressive, hits harder, and is all-around much more dangerous. Pink Rathian has a cherry-blossom pink shell and has mastered its arsenal of poison attacks.

Attacks

In additional to Rathian’s usual attacks, Pink Rathian possesses these two attacks and will chain attacks much more freely than Rathian does when in rage mode.

Flaming Side Chomp: Remember the side chomp on Rathian? And how it was pitiful and negligible and you laughed at it? Well now it’s dangerous and will put a deep dent into your HP. As Pink Rathian does the side chomp, fire will blaze from its jaws and flare out both in front, to the side, and behind in a huge range. Steer completely clear of Pink Rathian’s right side in general.

Spinning Backflip: In addition to the usual backflip, Pink Rathian will sometimes do this, where she corkscrews as she backflips. This hits far harder than Rathian’s usual backflip, will poison you, and could potentially leave you stunned and in serious trouble. It has a longer wind-up, however, so when you see it, get out of the way! Run towards her very back end and then to the side to avoid the attack entirely.
