Trang-Oul’s Avatar is a Necromancer-focused set, but Trang-Oul’s Claws are a solid choice for any caster due to their +20% Cast Rate. Having Cold Resistance +30% isn’t a bad side perk. For a [Poison Necromancer], the +Curses and +25% Poison Skill Damage make these top-of-the-line gloves.

While they have a low iLv of 32, you probably won’t find these until midway through Nightmare difficulty due to their item type. They’re fairly common drops from Nightmare/Hell Mephisto and Hell Andariel.
