Noteworthy mostly due to the fact that they have the highest Magic Find of any boots in the game, if you’re farming for sets and uniques, you’re going to want to get a set of War Traveler boots. They have a fairly high Strength requirement, but offset this by giving a +10 Strength boost, which is a net boon for characters who end up wielding a Spirit Monarch. The only significant downsides to War Traveler are their lack of resistances and somewhat middling Run/Walk speed.
These boots can drop from any enemy in the later half of Nightmare difficulty, with Nightmare/Hell Mephisto and Hell Andariel being, as usual, good all-round locations to hunt for these.
