While not a great all-rounder like Mara’s Kaleidoscope, Tal Rasha’s Adjudication is still sought after by some Sorceresses (especially Magic Find oriented ones!) for the boons it imparts, namely +2 to Sorceress Skills, +50 Life and +42 Mana. The Lightning Resistance +33% boost doesn’t hurt, either. On its own, it’s a fine enough amulet, but it further gains +10% Faster Cast Rate with four Tal Rasha’s set items equipped. Generally it’s used in lieu of something better to hit the three-item mark for the Tal Rasha’s set, which grants a +65% boost to Magic Find

Tal Rasha’s Adjudication has an incredibly low iLv, to the point where it can start dropping as early as Travincal in Normal difficulty. Despite this, it has a Lv67 requirement - a minimum standard for most +2 Skill amulets. It’s also worth noting that, while it can drop throughout most of the game, there are a lot more set amulets than set rings. Expect plenty of disappointment before you finally get one of these to drop. Andariel has a higher than average chance to drop rings and amulets, and while her mLv is too low to see this in Normal difficulty, Nightmare and Hell Andariel are both good sources for this amulet.
