A somewhat niche belt, this is really only appealing to Blizzard Sorceresses, and even then, only if they aren’t using Tal Rasha’s Fine-Spun Cloth or Arachnid Mesh. The two most noteworthy boons this belt grants are +2 Blizzard and +3 Glacial Spike, which will provide a not insignificant boost to the Blizzard Sorceresses’s damage output. Other than that, this belt increases your Xax Cold Resist by +15%, but doesn’t actually offer any resistances.
This belt can drop from any enemy in the later half of Nightmare difficulty, with Nightmare/Hell Mephisto and Hell Andariel being, as usual, good all-round locations to hunt for these.
