Return to Lohgrin and rest at the Inn for the Edna the Invincible (Zaveid) skit (provided you’ve recruited 40 Normin) and then check the north and south of the lower level for gold chests with a Palmier and Hourglass .
You can now speak to Mayvin and follow him to the top of the tower for another scene. Grab the Red Rosemary , Military Hike and Drop Bottle from the upper level and then speak to Mayvin again for another scene. Watch the scenes that follow and when each finishes you’ll need to move off the screen to continue the story.
Head upstairs to find Mayvin for a long cutscene that reveals the truth behind Maotelus and Heldalf.
During the events you’ll automatically trigger the skit Hard Times and learn the truth behind Sorey and Mikleo’s existence.
Before searching for Mayvin examine the monolith for the Mysterious Monolith discovery, followed by the skit The Monolith That Repeats History , and then stop at the save for the skit Learning the Truth . You’ll want to save before crossing the hall to find Mayvin for another scene.

Mayvin doesn’t seem all that powerful when he’s tossing bottles and plates at your face, but don’t give him the time of day to show off his other attacks. Focus on attacks and artes that have a high stun chance and don’t be afraid to armatize and use your Mystic Artes to quickly finish this battle.
In the meantime, watch out for Mayvin’s Silver Tray and Bottle attacks, which will stun you and make the next attack do double damage, and his crate attack, which drops plates and bottles from the sky. When Mayvin reaches half HP he’ll become more aggressive with his abilities and potentially use his Mystic Arte, so make sure to stay at high health.
After reaching 0 HP a cutscene will occur that prompts you to use Siegfried in battle, so do as prompted to complete the battle
Mayvin may seem like a pushover at first, but he has powerful artes (left) and a deadly Mystic Arte called Luminous Sabre (right).
After the scene return to Lohgrin’s save for the Cutting the Ties skit and then rest at the Inn for the skits Mayvin’s True Intentions and The Coincidental Fate .
You can now warp to the East Bridge save in Zaphgott Moor and then make your way to the middle of the bridge for a scene. Afterwards, make sure to head down the steps and speak with the Turtlez for a scene.
