The following sections cover the path back to Hyland, which is rather short if you have already cleared the areas previously.
Lamorak Cave
If you previously cleared out this dungeon you’ll be able to ignore the whole area unless you want to clear out some boulders to create shortcuts. Warp straight to the save inside the cave and head east to encounter the boss for this area.
Boss: Bat Baron¶
HP | Category | Weakness | Resistance |
---|---|---|---|
9,425 | Winged | None | Neutral, Earth, Water |
Drops: **Anomalous Orb** |
Since this enemy has no weakness you’ll want to focus on the winged category to inflict the most damage and gain a Power Hit combo by using Sorey’s Trihawk and Frigid Moon martial artes. Don’t be fooled by the bat’s seemingly small size because the sonic waves it shoots, indicated by raising his wings with a white light while he charges it up, can do massive damage to your party.
The good news is that he’s pretty easy to interrupt when using this attack and if you set your seraphs, preferably Lailah and Dezel, to attack from a distance then they shouldn’t get in the way of his attacks very often.
Bors Ruins
Head east and break the boulder to reach the save and then follow the eastern path to the north, where you can break another boulder to grab the Lavender . The remainder of the boulders in this area simply create shortcuts, so clear them if you want and then exit to Falkewin Hillside.
Falkewin Hillside
If you head north past Marlind you can stop by and defeat the optional boss, Horus, you passed at the beginning of the game. Given your levels you shouldn’t have any difficulty defeating this winged category enemy to obtain the Anomalous Orb .
You can now head to Griflet Bridge for a scene and then cross the bridge for another scene. Afterwards, head to the nearby save to watch the skit Alisha’s Departure and then choose where you’d like to head next.
