Around the corner, you will glimpse a Treasure Sphere which holds 3x Potions. After obtaining them, ascend the steps to a Save Point which you can use if you need. Vanille exclaims she has found a shortcut, though taking that will mean you miss out on a couple of treasures and experience from enemies. The choice is yours but we recommend you do not take it at this stage.

Continue round to the left, killing the Pantherons stupid enough to confront you then proceed through the hall until a small group of PSICOM soldiers rush you. The enemy leader is an Executioner, who should be respected for his powerful melee attacks. Kill his comrades first then set about Staggering him to avoid having to deal with the worst of his attacks as he will attack with speed and persistence.

A few more PSICOM soldiers try and stop you on the way round but they aren’t a patch on you. Just around the corner to the right is a chunk of Millerite , used for upgrading items, and so should be saved along with the rest of the components you have been diligently collecting. Clear out the remaining enemies and continue on into a wide open area with a group of Pantherons.

Kill them first, run between the pillars and look to the right. You will see the area where the shortcut would’ve brought you out but what fun would that have been? Take the stairs up on the right, kill off any PSICOM patrols and grab the Ferroelectric Film . Jump off the top into the final group of enemies.
