Location
Once you have flagged the mission jump on the nearby chocobo and head for the teleport stone, using it to go to the Tower and then backtrack up the path to the mark.

Strategy
Start the battle off in Sentinel / Medic / Commando formation. Switch your Commando to Ravager and back in order to stagger the enemy. It’s slow, but it will bring him down eventually.
