You might be struggling because this key drops from a Volatic Screamer, which is a Screamer that also shoots arcing lightning from its mouth whenever it unleashes. You normally only find these creature types once you’ve finished the CDC mission in Santa Monica called Blood Drive. Its in this mission you discover a type of Screamer critter that is wired up to lab equipment and looks like it only just got up and walked out of a lab.

Okay, once you have the Blood Drive mission, you should start encountering these types of Screamers throughout the land. Some of these are named, just like the one you need to kill for the Laundry Room Locker Key.

Now they spawn, go to Hotel Halperin, and head towards the west side of the hotel, where an outdoor walk space leading to an enclosed section of the garden for marriages. Here you will find a Karaoke Bridesmaid named zombie and some other suited and booted wedding guests. This area is flooded, mind you, so, feel free to let the karaoke lady sing, electrifying her party-going friends in the process.

After that, try to shut her up using your charge skills, or getting out a gun and blasting her. If you need to drag her out of the electrified pools, then line of sight her behind the garden edges. She would come walking out, ready for you to unleash hell on her in Fury Mode, or with another fancy melee weapon or close-ranged gun of your choosing. Once it is dead, you can get the Laundry Room Locker Key from where the zombie was slain.

Now you have it, head back through the hotel side door and climb the stairs to the second floor, You should now be able to access the laundry room locker, and with it, earn an Electrocuting Pole Saw weapon for your troubles.
