There are a number of sidequests that you will unlock during the course of the game, especially as you progress through the main story. Body Art: Visionary is a sidequest that will be in Beverly Hills.

Before you can think about doing this sidequest, you will need to have progress the main story until you’ve completed The Giant Slayer. Upon doing so, you can fast travel to Beverly Hills, where you should see a new sidequest available at the red house on the northern end of the map. Climb over the fence and you should see a NPC in the garage. Speak to her to start this sidequest.

Where to Find Infected Flesh in Dead Island 2¶

Francesca is an artist and she has succumbed to some unorthodox methods of painting now, especially in the zombiepocalypse. She has decided to use zombie parts in order to create her own masterpiece, so she asks you to collect some parts for her. There are multiple of these sidequests, but the first one will ask you to collect some Infected Flesh. This is pretty much the lowest tier of zombie part and likely the most common one.

You need 10 Infected Flesh and you might already have them, if you did any exploring after completing !The Giant Slayer. If not, then you simply need to kill the basic zombies you find around any area. Pretty much any Walker will drop this part, as well as Shamblers and Bursters. That last one isn’t all too common at this point in the game, but the others are extremely populous. Just continually kill them, hoping to get the drops from them, and keep going until you have all ten needed.

Upon reaching the quota, return to Francesca and drop the parts in the bucket next to her. When you have done this, speak to Francesca one more time and you will complete the quest.
