As you go down to the Beverly Hills Checkpoint in Dead Island 2, you will come across a tennis court with one rather uniquely named zombie called 
Coach Ace. This particular zombie drops something called 
Coach’s Car Keys, which is used to open a lock box in Bel-Air. So, we’re here to help you track down what exactly you can do with the Coach’s Car Keys in Dead Island 2

Coach’s Car Keys in Dead Island 2¶
You must be on the mission to find Michael, when you make your way to Beverly Hills for the first time. If you’ve found this lockbox by chance in the early game, then be warned that the key drops from an enemy around level 8. If you’re not up to that point, then you will likely find all the zombies in that area are skulls, and you will not be able to kill them. In fact, you will probably get one shot by the military camo zombies along that road. So, wait till you’ve done the Calling the Cavalry and Hotel Halperin missions before looking for Coach’s Car Keys.
Once you are at the appropriate point in the main story, head to the tennis court west of the access road, and beat Coach Ace on the western Bel-Air tennis court. He should drops the Coach’s Car Keys. Now you’ve done that; you can return to Emma’s estate’s southern exit. If you open the map, you’re looking for a lockbox icon on the main road leading through Bel-Air. Look for the crossroads between Access Road 782 and 781, which you will find between Colt Swansong’s and Emma Gaunt’s estates. As you can see, this is just up the road from the tennis court, which is a short walk east.
Now you’re looking for a black SUV parked on the corner of the access road directly in front of the black gate that leads to Emma’s estate. All you need to do is go to the boot of this car, and unlock it with Coach’s Car Keys.
Once you get to the car, you must pick up the loot that falls out of it quickly. We had a green quality 
Golf Club drop, which just so happened to roll under the car and become unobtainable for us. Luckily, the 
Storage Locker in Emma’s was a few seconds away, so we returned and got the time via the Unclaimed Property menu in the Storage Lockers. We figured we’d mention this just in case the same thing also happened to you.
And there you have, this concludes the mystery of the Coach’s Car Keys in Dead Island 2.
