The Quarry Guard Key in No Rest for the Wicked is an easily missable key that unlocks a brand new trader for the Sacrament. You will discover a caged NPC in the prison area of the Quarry, and you will need to go find an extremely obscure key to let him out by climbing to the top of the Quarry and then dropping from dangerous heights. Here is everything you need to know to reach the Quarry Guard Key location.

Finding The Quarry Guard Key¶

The Quarry Guard Key is in an elevated cell in the Quarry cart area. However, to reach it, you will need to drop in from the beam above, which is only accessible by reaching the outdoor roof area of the Quarry. You can do this by doing the following:

1. When you reach the NPC in the cell, you need to navigate around the cell’s walls, and then climb across the walkway to the left of the cell
2. Follow the broken tracks around the wall, and you’ll eventually come to a point where you can climb vines to reach the top of the quarry’s outdoor area
3. From there, turn right, and follow the thin stone pathway towards a tip
4. You can drop down to a wooden pole, and then run and jump onto the beam above the guard post
5. Now you may enter the cell and claim the key

(1 of 4) When you climb the root, you should find an outdoor rocky area. Take the path that leads back over the mine to a tip you can drop down from. You now need to parkour across the posts and beams to get the key.

Once you have the keys feel free to run back through the quarry as normal, or by taking the shortcuts around the Nameless Pass. You should easily be able to return to the locked-away NPC and free him with your key. That NPC should now return to the Sacrament and be an NPC that appears on Saturday mornings (in real life by the way).
