There are many recurring elements in a Dragon Quest game that makes it a proper Dragon Quest game - the music, sound effects, Toriyama’s art, [mini medals] and… dressing up female party members as bunny girls. It’s perhaps not the most useful of options, gameplay-wise, but if you want to change Peronel or Matilda’s sprites and enjoy a recurring Dragon Quest gimmick, this page will cover what armor and accessories you need to equip and where to find them in Dragon Quest 2: HD-2D Remake.

All Rabbit Outfit Gear¶

There are five pieces of gear you need to equip to change a character’s sprite, the most obvious ones being the Bunny Suit (armor), Rabbit Ears (helmet) and the Rabbit Tail (accessory). These aren’t surprising, but you also need Fishnet Stockings and a Silver Platter equipped - armor, helmet, two accessories and a shield. That’s a big commitment for a mediocre collection of gear that’s most notable for its cosmetic changes!
