A character from Disgaea 4. She was sent to Hades for her past misdeeds. She was supposed to become a Prinny, but there was only enough Prinny hide to make a hat for her. She doesn’t remember dying, and denies that she ever did. She thinks she is just in a dream.
You will unlock Fuka as a playable unit upon finishing the DLC episode called I, Girl Theater. With a pretty good ATK aptitude and a S rank in Axes, it’s pretty clear that Fuka will be handling an axe during fights. Her unique Evility makes it so she will deal more damage with specials, while also taking lesser damage from them. However, she’s not going to reach the levels of someone like Sicily. Also, while her ATK aptitude is high, she clear suffers in the other stats, with most of them being below 100%.
Fuka’s unique Evility is called Dream Girl, causing her to deal 10% more damage with special attacks and take 20% lesser damage from specials. This isn’t bad at all, especially since you should be using specials to defeat enemies most of the time. Prinny Hat can be a great Evility to help level up characters, when you pair it with Valvatorez’s Prinny Instructor. Put this on who you want to level, stick them in the same squad as whoever has Prinny Instructor, then go to town.
Powered By Sweets, as long as you have a sweets-type item in your item bag, might be nice during the main story, but once you have access to the other stats-boosting Evilities, it is easily outclassed since it requires using an item and only lasts for three turns. The last common Evility is called First Impression, which nullifies the first damage done to the character with this. This can be good, but it only nullifies the first damage and nothing more, so it’s just better to build up your character to withstand all of the damage.

However, a ray of hope appears in the form of Killia, who seems to have a deep grudge against Void Dark.
