As you start Atomfall, a wounded scientist will instruct you to find the Interchange and give you a keycard for the same. Work through the game’s regions and you’ll find a massive tunnel network that ties them all together. This is the Interchange and its hidden areas are crucial to finishing the game. Leads from characters in-game will help you find all four Interchange entrance locations in Atomfall but you can use our maps instead to get there faster.

Slatten Dale¶
You’ll find the first Interchange entrance on the northeast corner of the Slatten Dale region (Map Marker). It’s fairly close to the Wyndham Village entrance. Head east from here past the Railyard and climb some steps to get to the Interchange. If you’re looking for leads that point to it, Molly at the Trader Camp east of Wyndham Village will mention it. Once you get into the Interchange, you’ll be able to get to the Central Processor via a half-closed hatch.
(1 of 2) Go past the church to find this entrance in the village.

Wyndham Village¶
Head behind the substation with the fences in Wyndham Village to enter the Interchange. A Protocol soldier is usually stationed here so knock them out to proceed. Leads from Captain Sims in the Village Hall or a note in the baker’s house will let you find this location on your own. As you enter the Interchange via the Wyndham Village, you’ll find the corpse of James Clarke. Cross this area and you’ll find a massive door that can be opened with the help of your modified keycard in the control room upstairs. Swing this door wide open and you can go straight to the Central Processor. Just watch out for rats.
(1 of 2) This entrance is near the village.

Casterfell Woods¶
The third Interchange entrance can be found in Casterfell Woods, the land of the druids. If you’re entering this region via Wyndham Village, simply walk a few steps west to find this entrance. You can learn of this entrance from Joyce Tanner who resides in a bunker near Mother Jago. While the infection spores here can deal some serious damage, you can use Mother Jago’s Tonic to reduce its impact on your health bar.
This is where you will find the final Interchange entrance.
Skethermoor¶
The final Interchange entrance lies in Skethermoor. This one is tricky to find as it’s near the Protocol camp filled with soldiers, security turrets, and deadly robots. Stay in Captain Sims’ good books and they’ll let you head to the prison south of this camp. Dr. Garrow can be found here. She’s a scientist who can help you get your hands on the Signal Redirector gadget. Naturally, helping her escape will turn Protocol soldiers hostile so there’s a good chance that you’ll encounter heavy resistance whenever you try to use this entrance.
Fortunately, you can access the Skethermoor Interchange entrance from the inside. Head towards the Casterfell Woods entrance from the Central Processor within the Interchange and head left instead of right to find a new area that leads to the Skethermoor exit. Atomfall has a peculiar habit of respawning enemies in a zone on loading a save file so watch out for Protocol soldiers. That covers all the Interchange entrances in Atomfall that will let you zip through its regions and storyline.
