While you explore Atomfall’s areas as you pursue the many Leads you pick up, you’ll sometimes come across an area that you just can’t find a way into. Many of these areas often require keys or for you to speak to a specific person to gain access, and the Greenhouse Hut in Casterfell Woods is no different. The door is locked, and there seems to be no other way in, so this page will detail where you can find the Greenhouse Hut Key, it’s closer than you may think!

Where to Find the Greenhouse Hut Key¶

You won’t come across the Greenhouse Hut until you make your way over to the Casterfell Woods, this can be done by either heading through Wyndham Village (which itself is located to the north of Slatten Dale) or by taking the Sewers, which is a much more difficult way to get through there. Once you do make it there, you’ll want to head for the Garden Centre Landmark, this can be found at 27.4E, 90.0N, or just south of the Old Mine to the northeast of the map.

You may or may not encounter resistance where you get there, patrols will pass through this area so you can either wait for them to continue, or take them all out so you can explore the area in peace. If you enter the area from the west, the first hut on your right will be the Greenhouse Hut, which when you examine, will inform you that you need the Greenhouse Hut Key to get inside.

Fortunately, you won’t have to go too far to find the Greenhouse Hut Key as it can be found within the Garden Centre. More specifically, the Greenhouse Hut Key can be found in the boarded up house opposite the locked door. It may look like you can’t enter it, but approached the boarded up door and you’ll get a prompt to climb over the top to get inside.

Once there, make sure you have enough health because as soon as you go either left or right here, you’re going to need to deal with a swarm of Rats. Nothing too troubling, but can cause an unexpected death for those who come in with low health. There are two nests to deal with, so make sure you’ve cleaned it out and then search on the wall of the kitchen to find the key.

Using the Greenhouse Hut Key¶

Now that you have the key (or perhaps you found it first), all that remains is to make use of it. Leave this house, go over to the locked Greenhouse Hut opposite it and use it to get inside. There’s no surprises this time, so feel free to go inside and loot the resources inside along with a the We Are Waiting For You note pinned to the back of the wall, this is part of the Infiltrators Lead that will clue you in on where they may be found at the Garden Center (this will be already resolved if you found them already in the cellar behind the large building).

There you have it; you now know where to both find and get inside the Greenhouse Hut at the Garden Center in Casterfell Woods. While not the most lucrative of areas to get into, there are still some useful resources to find such as ammo for your various weapons.
