There are many different little side quests to do in Like A Dragon Gaiden, which are called Stroll n’ Patrol quests. Some of these will require you to take a picture of a specific object in the game’s world. One such request will have an NPC ask you to take a photograph of a Flying Takoyaki. They don’t give you any hints, either, so it’s kind of confusing where you need to go. Thankfully, the Flying Takoyaki is found in the Shofukucho region of the map, just east of the Club Heavenly Cabaret club.
Where to Find the Flying Takoyaki¶
Once you unlock the Stroll n’ Patrol quests, although it might require a little more main story progress, you can head to the Stijl Bar to find a woman inside it. If you don’t know where the Stijl Bar is located, it’s on Sotenbori St., at the northern end of the map. It’ll be on the western side of that street and you’ll have to take an elevator to go inside the joint. She will have one of these quests for you, with her asking you to photograph a Flying Takoyaki.
There aren’t any clues as to the location of the Flying Takoyaki, though, so you’re kind of going in blind here. Exit the bar and head south, across the Bishamon Bridge. Keep going past the Coin Lockers and stop at the next corner, which will put you in the Shofukucho area of the map. Turn to the east and follow that street, until you get to the next corner. If you go north, then east a little bit, you’ll be at Club Heavenly, but return to that corner.
Look up while at that corner to spot the Flying Takoyaki. Take out your phone’s camera by pressing up on the directional pad, then press X/A to snap a picture. Note that if you are snapping the right photo, the game will showcase “Take a photo” while on the object. Also, getting the right picture will have Kiryu remark on doing it successfully and returning to the person who gave you the quest. Once you’ve taken the picture, head back to the lady who gave you the quest to finish it. You will receive 600 Akame Points for completing it.
