Shadow of the Erdtree is the first major DLC for Elden Ring and with that comes many items, equipment and secrets. 
Larval Tear’s is an item that you can use to respec your character’s stats, allowing you to try out an entirely different playstyle.

There are nine Larval Tears that can be found within the Realm of Shadows and you can find their locations below!
Larval Tear #1¶

The first Larval Tear can be found on a rocky patch to the east of the 
Gravesite Plain Site of Grace.
Larval Tear #2¶

The second Larval Tear can be found by heading southeast from the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace (west side of Gravesite Plain). If you have already unlocked this grace, then you can do so by starting at the Main Gate Cross Site of Grace (near 
Belurat, Tower Settlement) and then following the narrow pathway to the southeast.

The third Larval Tear can be found sitting amongst some trees to the east of the Greatbridge, North Site of Grace.
Larval Tear #4¶

The fourth Larval Tear can be found by starting at the Pillar Path Waypoint Site of Grace (east side of Gravesite Plain) and this can be reached by crossing the 
Ellac Greatbridge and following the path along to the right. From here, head up the hill to the southeast to find the tear sitting amongst some trees.

The fifth Larval Tear can be found by returning to the Pillar Path Waypoint Site of Grace and heading northwest. If you haven’t reached this area yet, then you can do so by working your way through the 
Castle Ensis Dungeon.

The sixth Larval Tear can be found by returning to the Pillar Path Waypoint Site of Grace, then heading northeast of the 
Highroad Cross Site of Grace.

The seventh Larval Tear can be found to the north of the 
Cathedral of Manus Metyr and you can reach this area by working your way through 
Bonny Village.

The eighth Larval Tear can be found by heading southwest from the 
Ancient Ruins Base Site of Grace and you can reach this area by starting at the 
Moorth Ruins Site of Grace and entering the cave to the north, then follow the path to the northeast.
