Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree adds a bunch of new equipment to the game, such as Rellana’s Cameo which enhances any attacks that are performed while staying in the same stance for a certain amount of time. On this page, we’ll provide you with the necessary steps to finding and getting the most out of Rellana’s Cameo.
Rellana’s Cameo is a talisman in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
Finding Rellana’s Cameo¶
Rellana’s Cameo can be found in Castle Enis which is located to the northeast of the Ellac Greatbridge. When you arrive, you’ll want to head up the stairs and enter the nearby cave, then drop down into the hole to the right of the gate. Walk around to the lake on the left and climb up the nearby ladder. Enter the room on the opposite side and interact with the wheel to open the gate which creates a shortcut.
Head up the stairs to find Moonrithtyll, Carian Knight beyond some mages. Defeat the mages first via a bow as these will continuously attack you from a distance and then focus on Moonrithtyll. You can defeat her by keeping your distance until she’s performed some attacks and then use the time she’s resting to attack back. With the invader out of the way, proceed into the church and pick up Rellana’s Cameo from the altar.

Using Rellana’s Cameo¶
Equipping Rellana’s Cameo via any of the Talisman slots will boost any attacks that are executed when you’re in the same stance for a certain amount of time. To get the most out of this Talisman, then we recommend setting up your build to use Power Stance and this is done by equipping two of the same weapon types, such as two daggers. If this is done correctly, then you will start seeing a damage increase which will make defeating some of the tougher enemies a bit easier.
