Candice needs many examples of adornments. You should already have collected quite a few from your travels. There are a few Outfitters with quite a few more in Yusnaan. Show her your collection that you already have. It’s a good start but she needs a bit more. Head over to the Outfitters here in the Augur’s Quarter and buy all the adornments on offer. Feel free to buy the two garbs as well if you like.

Keep collecting all adornments you can until you have the 55 needed and then return when you have bought most adornments in the game to complete the quest.
