You should have plenty of Slug Sweets, especially if you have hunted Rafflesia to extinction. Goopy Goo is found off Triffids who are plentiful throughout the Wildlands and Arboreal Spore should be plentiful if you have been fighting Dryads. This quest is better left till the final days because the Ether reward is needed more then.
Sinister Fangs are dropped by Reavers of which you should have encountered quite a few by Day 7. They are found all over the Wildlands and other places too, as well as the highways from Day 9 onwards.
The world has moved on. Time is no more. People do not age but they can still die from accidents or murder. And so, the population has slowly dwindled and there remains only four main areas left in the world. Lightning awakes from her crystal slumber with one task: to save as many souls as she can before the world ends in thirteen days.
