You need to find the three lost Moogles that haven’t come home. Each one is in a separate place and they are fairly spread out. The first one is up in the northwest, near the closed gate. They show up as a little orange dot on your minimap as you get nearer to them. The next is straight down from the last one, near the entrance path to the woods just after the big bend.

Finally, the last little guy is hanging around in Jagd Village just past the Sorcery Shop. You can swing back here on your way back to the Moogle Village as well. After finding them all, ride back to the village and talk to Moggel to complete the quest.
