If you have failed to do any of the missions here completely (that means save all the luggage in Chapter 1, sell ten tickets in Chapter 2, and get all the musicians in Chapter 3), you have nothing to do here and your 100% completion was shot to pieces. Otherwise, read on.
There actually isn’t much to do here beyond a simple scene. After beaming down from the Celsius, head to the east and speak with Tobli, opting to go onstage. Stay up there for a while if you want, but press Circle to leave eventually and that’ll do for this area.
