General Description: The Gun Mage is honestly one of the most underused classes in RPGs, for it is essentially the Blue Mage of this game, like the Blue Mage in Final Fantasy V, Gau in Final Fantasy VI, Kimahri in Final Fantasy X, and so on and so forth. The Blue Mages - and consequentially Gun Mages - are those that learn skills by having enemies hit them with said attacks. Even though a small fraction of attacks are actually learnable in this game, there are a number of invaluable skills we mention myriad times throughout the walkthrough, simply due to their utility, such as White Wind and Mighty Guard, some of the best skills in any Final Fantasy. It would be a great idea for you to begin building up your repertoire early on!
