However, if you gave the Sphere to New Yevon, a few more things open up. As you enter, go through the door to the north, then continue along until you begin a cutscene. You’ll return to the Celsius after which you should return to Bevelle. Go along back to where you fought Dark Bahamut and speak with Pacce here for a scene; during it, choose the option “ Go for it! “ and you’ll get the Blood of the Beast Garment Grid .
So, basically, there isn’t much here, but slightly more than nothing if you forfeited 100%.
