There are 15 Hunting Challenges in Assassin’s Creed Rogue and all of them have you entering a specified search area and hunting, killing and skinning a defined number of specific animals within a limited timeframe. Completion of a hunting challenge will reward you with varying amounts of cash between 1300L and 2400L.

All of the hunting challenges take part in River Valley region and require us to skin the animals that we kill to collect pelts. Note that shooting an animal will damage the pelt, so you will want to use your hidden blade to take them down. Alternatively, you can use your sleep darts to knock the animal out before running over and skinning it whilst it sleeps (nasty!).

Hunting Challenges are marked by a animal hide icon on the map (left). Approach and talk to the huntern (right) to begin a challenge.

Some animals such as bears and wolves are aggressive and although you are hunting them, often times they will attack you first. Press the on-screen button prompts to counter the attack and put them down.

• For completing all of the assassin intercepts you will unlock the Hunting Sabre weapon in the shop.
