Whoa, what about Route 14? Did we just skip an entire route? Don’t worry, we’ll be heading there soon enough. Just ahead, next to the route sign is a trial guide who doubles as the boss trainer of this area. That means you need to best the other trainers to challenge her.

You won’t be able to explore the entirety of Route 15 to begin with, but we’ll cover as much as we can to start with. Begin by following the path west from the route sign. Standing above the slope leading to the shore is a trainer ready for action.

Ace Trainer Yuki

Pokemon Level Type
"Sandshrew" IconSandshrew (Alolan) 32 Ice/Steel
"Marowak" IconMarowak (Alolan) 33 Fire/Ghost

The Alolan "Sandshrew" IconSandshrew is immensely weak to Fire and Fighting-types. If you don’t have any of those, Ground-types are also good.

Meanwhile, Alolan "Marowak" IconMarowak is weak to Water, Rock, Ground, Dark and Ghost-types. So you’ve got plenty of options.

Before you move on, step into the tall grass behind Yuki and head for the north-most edge to find a Hyper Potion . Next, head down the slope towards the shore. South from the base of the slope is a "Zygarde" IconZygarde Cell (48) **** ready to be scooped up.

Sadly, that’s where our exploration of Route 15 comes to an end, for the time being anyway. Although you can paddle around the bay and check out the fishing spots if you want. Once you’re ready to advance the story, head for the Aether House towards the north-east.

As soon as you step inside the Aether House, you’ll be forced into a battle.

Preschooler Hunter

Pokemon Level Type
"Elekid" IconElekid 30 Electric

A baby Electric-type. Grind it with Ground-types or Pokemon that resist Electric, such as Grass-types.

Afterwards, Acerola returns and formally introduces herself as the Ghost-type captain. It was obvious, right? While you’re here, you can check the back rooms if you want. When it’s day time, you can find a Zygarde Cell (49) in the north-west corner of the room to the west.

Once you’re ready, exit Aether House. Outside, Lillie is in trouble.

Team Skull Grunt

Pokemon Level Type
"Drowzee" IconDrowzee 33 Psychic

Um, this dude again, with the "Drowzee" IconDrowzee? Should be easy enough for you to handle. In case you forgot, Dark-types are ideal, while Ghosts and Bugs are good choices too.

To thank you for your constant help, Lillie gives you 5 Luxury Balls . Afterwards, Acerola arrives to lead you to the trial site. Follow her south and then east back to Tapu Village. You’ll find her waiting by the entrance to Route 14, south-west from the Pokemon Centre.
