This elusive area is the final place you’ll be visiting in Melemele Island, not counting the Ruins of Conflict, which won’t be accessible until after you’ve completed the game.
After emerging back outside, you should spot an item to the far north. Pick it up to discover it’s a Net Ball . That’s pretty convenient considering all the Water-type Pokemon you’ll probably be encountering. Next, head for the opposite side to find a Zygarde Cell (13) .
From here, call Lapras and paddle south towards the opposite shore. After landing, slowly make your way south towards the grassy area. Just before the beach ends, search around with Stoutland to find a buried Pearl . If you want, run around in the tall grass to look for Bagon.
When you’re ready to move on, continue south towards the farthest end of the shore. Here, you’ll find TM05 Roar hiding in the shade. Just a bit more and we’re done. Head for the east side of the shore and call Lapras. Paddle north towards the pair of islands connected by shallow water.
Search the rock on the bottom island to find a hidden Big Pearl . After that, run north along the shallow water and pick up the Dive Ball on the upper island. Finally, paddle east towards the island beyond the perimeter of rocks. If you get close enough, you’ll find a Photo Spot.
Sadly, that’s everything to see in this mysterious and tranquil bay. Once you’re ready to leave, head back into Seaward Cave. From the bay entrance, travel west to where you found the Super Potion and then go north from there to return to the meadow entrance.
