An engineer working on the top floors of Broadleaf seems to have dropped a special screw, with it having rolled all the way to the bottom floor. Teleport down to the Entrance and head to the southern area to find a blue circle for you to search in. Naturally, you’re looking for a blue sparkle on the ground, which can be found at the far end, in the slightly higher area. Go to pick it up and a Screw-Loving Boy will come and snatch it away from you. However, he’ll trade you it for something else, specifically a Bully Button (this isn’t named). You should have plenty of these from exploring Pinwheel Flats and Factory Floors, but you can get it from the Humble Bazaar (tier 1 facility), Bustling Bazaar (tier 2), or the Thriving Bazaar (tier 2). Bring it to the boy to receive the Special Screw, which you can bring back to the engineer to finish the quest.
