Putting this quest as active will make it easy to find him after he runs

Munokhoi can be found at the Sky Pirates’ Base and is just north of the Trip Door here. Approach him to start this sidequest, and he will run off before he spits out what he wants to ask Evan. Make this your active quest to make it a lot easier to find Munokhoi, who can next be found in the southeastern corner of the Airfield section of the base (Bottom of the Base on the map). He’ll run off again and you’ll find him in the middle portion of the map (Top of the Base), in the northwest corner, hiding in a corner next to a small hut. Munokhoi runs off yet again, this time to the top (Crow’s Nest), just east of Batu’s Quarters. Thanks to Tani, he won’t run away this time, and asks you to join your kingdom, finishing the quest.
