A pair of brothers, who happen to be sky pirates, are quite far away from home. They refuse to go back to their parents, unless Evan decides to race them. The finish line is in the southwest section of Hydropolis, which is where all of the water is located. This race can be difficult, as the kid is faster than you are, so following him will always result in losing. However, there is a shortcut you can take that guarantees a win. When you begin, run west and then south, through the market.

Remember that one guard who blocked the stairs on your first visit to Hydropolis, just west of the Ankura Harbor trip door? Go up the first set of stairs, then turn south and drop off the wall there on the southern end. From here, it’s a simple drop to the water and run to the other boy that designates the finish line. It may take a few tries, but you will eventually win the race and finish the quest.
