It seems a lady is in need of assistance, as she has lost her purse. After listening to her tell her daily routine, you decide to head to the Lucky Lotus Emporium first, which is the item shop. Speak with the shopkeeper to find out the lady took a tumble, with some passers-by helping her. There were three of them: a mermaid with red hair, a local with black clothes, blue fur and round patches near his eyes, and the second local with brown fur and white clothes. This puts a large blue circle just north of the shop, meaning you’ll have to track down the three people using the descriptions.
The mermaid is not too far north, just past a bridge and looking into the water. She says she hasn’t seen the questgiver’s purse, so it’s time to move on. The lady with brown fur is in front of the inn, mentioning that the lady had her purse after the incident, but she was speaking with a young lady from Hydropolis. This puts us back to the mermaid, who says the lady gave her the candy case. This turns out to be the lady’s purse, so the mermaid hands it over to give back. Bring the purse back to the lady, wrapping up this quest.
