The last item, the Amethyst Huebloom, is hard to figure out because it doesn’t match the description

Halimede is a hairdresser that has a reputation for her standards when it comes to aesthetic matters. In order for her to join your kingdom as a citizen, you’re going to need to show her you know a thing or two about beauty. She will require three different items, all hueblooms, which will be items you can get from the Market Gardens in Evermore. First up is a Sapphire Huebloom, the second is a Citrine Huebloom, and the third is an Amethyst Huebloom. The first two are those you can get from either the Minor or Medium Market Gardens, but only at level two and above. The Amethyst Huebloom can be gotten from the same sources, but only at level three. Once you’ve delivered each one, the quest will be over.
