The fourth Wanted Men request in Like a Dragon: Ishin can be taken at the same time as the Mysterious Ninja request. For this bounty, you’ll need to investigate the Street Killer whose last location was in Kuramachi. If you didn’t accept it at the same time as the ninja, then head back to the Wanted Men Headquarters in Mukurogai to get it.
The Street Killer will be either your third or fourth Wanted Men Request.
Where to Find Wanted Men: Street Killer¶
The pamphlet will tell you that the Street Killer was last spotted around the Kuramachi area, and they require an immediate investigation. Kuramachi is the surrounding area north of the Teradaya. Leave Mukurogai via the Boatman in the south, and you’ll end up on the east of the Teradaya. Follow the street north, and take the first left behind the Teradaya where you’ll get a short scene followed by a quick time event. Get ready to press 
/ 
to avoid the incoming blow where you’ll be put straight into battle.

How to Defeat Wanted Men Street Killer: Ichimonji¶
The Street Killer will predominantly use the Upper Stance (sword above head) which means that they’re ready to attack you the second you enter their range. He isn’t too challenging to defeat depending on what difficulty you’re playing on. For the most part, you can use Swordsman Style, go into stance (

) and slowly approach him while being ready to guard with

. Block his first attack, or quickstep ( + 
/ + 
) behind him and perform your Rush Combo (
, , / 
, , (Xbox)). Rinse and repeat this until he falls.

Once he’s been defeated, you’ll find out that he doesn’t even know what’s happening, and appears to be delirious. Has he been drugged? Either way you will take him back to the Wanted Men Headquarters where they will question him to see what happened. Unfortunately, you won’t find out, at least for now. This will complete the request and you’ll get your reward.
