On the shore to the north of this bridge (an area marked as Teramachi on the map) you’ll find some stairs - head down them and continue along the shore until you run across an “Injured Grandma”, whose age and infirmity has caught up with her. All you have to do to start Substory 15 - The Injured Grandma is head down these stairs and get close enough to trigger a scene with the eponymous Injured Grandma. Upon the culmination of this benevolent act, this Substory will end and you’ll earn 225 Virtue. Not a very complicated Substory, the most significant outcome of this Substory is that you’ll form a bond with the Injured Grandma.
