Rescue the Hostages¶

This Mongol Territory is not available until you finish Act 1 and the Mongols retaliate. You’ll find Ohama Fishing Village along the west coast of the region and it’s another outpost where you’ll need to come to the rescue of the hostages. If you have the Longbow already and approach from the south, you can get a great view over the entire village and plan out how to tackle it.

You’ll find a hostage here also and you can take this opportunity to lure many Mongols to this easily defensible position. Take aim and sniper one of the Mongols and then rush down to the hostage as a swarm of Mongols will flock to the location, allowing you to clear a lot of Mongols from the village at once. Another hostage can be found just to the north of the previous one and if you followed the previous tactic, you might find just a single archer standing guard here. The final hostage can be found down by the beach to the west and this one has the least amount of Mongols guarding him so it should be a simple matter of sweeping them aside to liberate the village. Other than the usual rewards from this territory, you’ll also obtain the Key of Ohama for the Unbreakable Gosaku Mythic Tale.
