This is one of three hidden Shrines in the Iki Island Expansion for Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut. These Shrines focus on solving a hidden riddle to obtain an armor skin based on other PlayStation titles with the Blood-Stained Shrine one being a Bloodborne skin.
The Blood-Stained Shrine is where you can obtain the Bloodborne Armor.
How to find the Bloodborne Armor¶
There are three Shrines on Iki Island that are well hidden and feature a riddle that you must solve, this particular Shrine focuses on obtaining the Bloodborne Armor. Before you set off to locate this Shrine, ensure that you have the Kensei Armor, obtained by completing the Six Blades of Kojiro Mythic Tale in the Toyotama Region. With that in hand, travel to Gonoura Cape on the west coast and you’ll find this Shrine. Head on over to it and you’ll find a riddle that says the follow:
The first green of spring
sickens to black, decaying,
plagued by blood and beast.
Hunter, reject death’s allure.
Prepare to duel man’s frailty.

You’ll need to solve this riddle if you with to obtain the Bloodborne armor skin. In order to solve this, you’ll need to equip the Kensei Armor mentioned above and then, making sure that you’ve suffered damage already, heal yourself in front of the statue. If you need to cause damage to yourself, climb the rocks here and then jump off them, this will see Jin sustain minor damage but enough that you can use the heal Technique. This will trigger a scene in which you’ll obtain the Yharnam Helmet and the Yharnam Vestments.
