Once you’ve acquired the Grappling Hook, head to the Golden Temple and use it to reach the top and you’ll find the vanity gear waiting for you.
Natural Vengeance Headband - Ariake Lighthouse¶

Head to the Ariake Lighthouse (left), then climb to the top of it with your grappling hook to retrieve your piece of gear. (right)
Once you’ve acquired the Grappling Hook, head to the Ariake Lighthouse and pull yourself to the top for the vanity gear.
