Find a way to get over the Prison’s Perimeter Fence.
Go to the Los Santos River / Steal the Trailer¶
Once you’ve activated the mission via the Job Board, take any car and follow the waypoint to the Los Santos River to find a Stunt Crew. Take the nearby truck and hook it up to the trailer which contains a ramp which can be used to jump over Prison Fence.

You’ll now want to work on losing the cops which will be easily done by sticking to driving off road, then follow another waypoint to the drop off to bring this mission to a close
