You’ll have two ways of getting the Ocelot Virtue and that’s either by purchasing GTA+ for $5.99 a month and paying $2,980,000 via the Legendary Motorsport or you can play all of the Last Dose Missions which was released March 16th and getting it for a free as apart of completing the DLC.
