Overview of the Plasma Cutter mission.

Go to the Safe House / Steal the Plasma Cutter¶

Once you’ve activated the mission via the planning board on the Submarine, then use the sub to fast travel closer to the Safe House or simply drive there yourself. After you’ve arrived at your destination, enter the Safe House and take a picture of the Planning Board which is located in the back right corner.

With the location of the Plasma Cutter acquired, exit the Safe House and head to the waypoint. Upon arrival, clear out the enemies then collect the bag in the alleyway. Finally, return to your Submarine to bring this mission to a close.
