Install a device at each fleeca bank that can temporarily block the alarm system.

Collect Signal Jammers / Place Signal Jammers at the Fleeca Banks¶

Once you’ve activated the mission via the Job Board, take any car and head over to the Vespucci Canals. Upon arrival, open the trunk of the Emperor to collect a bag of Signal Jammers, then you’ll need to go to the six different banks marked on your map and plant signal jammers to interrupt with the alarm systems.

As you approach the location of the banks junction box, take a look at the mini-map and wait for the cone of the camera to look away before planting the signal jammer. The mission will come to a close once all jammers have been placed or the timer has ended.
