Quick Mission Guide¶

Follow these steps to complete the mission successfully without worrying about medal requirements. If you need help with the Gold Medal, check here.

1. Head to Trevor’s Trailer as Michael after you’ve completed The Paleto Score to begin this mission.
2. Climb onto the Train - After the scene has come to a close, get on the bike and drive to the train’s location, then use the raised path to jump on to the top of the train.
3. Rail Bridge - Ride down to the engine and take control of the train, then switch over to Michael and wait for the train to crash. Now use sticky bombs on the yellow container and then defend Michael whilst he searches for goodies.
4. Escape! - Finally, race over to the beach and take the getaway vehicle to complete the mission.

Gold Medal Requirements:¶

1. Mission Time - Complete within 11:30.
2. Fastest Speed - Reach top speed on the Sanchez.
3. Better Than CJ - Land on the train using the first jump

Trevor wants to hijack a Merryweather train. He really hates those guys, doesn’t he?

Mission Time¶

Riding down the train can be precarious and cause you to fall off so be very careful once you get on it. The rest of the mission can be done quite quickly.

Fastest Speed¶

You can reach the fastest speed on the way to the train and you will also need to be going full speed to make a good jump onto the train anyway.

Ride up here and jump onto the train (left), then ride along the roof to reach the engine. (right)

When you reach the train, drop back behind it and move over to the right hand side. When you see a track that leads up, ride up it and jump off the top onto the train from there.
