You’ll run into many different people throughout your adventure in Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth, some of whom will ask you for help in the various Substories. These can be simple and only require a battle, while others might involve something more, like a little minigame. Substory 28, titled An Authentic Blockbuster, is a follow-up to two other Substories, so you will need to make sure you do those first. This page will guide you through where to find it, as well as walk you through the dodging minigame.

Where to Start Substory 28: An Authentic Blockbuster¶
Before you think about doing this Substory, you will need to have completed Substory 15: Samurai, May We Walk Together? and Substory 27: The Pursuit of Realism. The former can be done in Chapter 3 of the main story, while the latter can be found in Chapter 4. Once you’ve done both of those, and still in Chapter 4, head to Sunset Park just west of Palekana 
Orphanage. You’re looking for a man sitting on a bench, who will look familiar to Ichiban as he approaches him. Turns out, he’s the bully director from Substory 15, who is thinking about his newest film.
Correct Name of the Director Choice - Bony Kashiwa¶
The man is looking to be a bit more authentic for the stunts in his next film, which is the opposite of what he usually does, so he wants a little help. This prompts Ichiban to think about the one director who still goes old-school with his stunts. You will have to remember the name of the director here since there are three different options. The correct choice is Bony Kashiwa and choosing that will give you +20 to Ichiban’s Intellect stat. You will call up the director and he will come to meet up with James, at which point they decide to collaborate. Choose to help them and you’ll get an option to go along with them, or meet them later.

If you choose to wait, then you will find them near the southeastern corner of the Anaconda Shopping Center (outside of it). Approach them and speak to the assistant, then tell the directors that you’re ready for the shoot.
How to Dodge Semitrucks - Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth¶
The stuntman minigame for Substory 28 is pretty much the same as it was in Substory 27. You will have 40 seconds to make it to the end of the street, while dodging the trucks coming your way. There are three lanes and you will be able to see the trucks coming. The only way to dodge here is by moving the left analog stick either left or right. Pushing the stick down will slow you down, while pushing it up will increase speed. Note that getting hit once or running out of time will ruin the shot, so you will need to start over again from the beginning if this happens.
You basically have three lives here and should you use all of them, you will need to try again (but you may need to heal up before the directors allow you to attempt again). If you lose all three lives, they will give you the option to basically pick an easier option, which will have fewer trucks. However, choosing this will lessen the reward you receive at the end. This minigame might be a little more difficult than the one in Substory 27, as the semitrucks are a lot bigger than the cars.

The upside is that there’s a pattern and the trucks will come in the same way each time. So, if you stick with the original amount of trucks, then you can eventually memorize the pattern. Should you ease up on the trucks, you will be rewarded with a Rocket Launcher for your troubles. Finish with the original amount of trucks and you’ll get a Modified Rocket Launcher as a reward. The modified one does double the amount of damage over the normal one, but both are one-use items for battles.
