Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - The Definitive Edition

Sweet's Girl

By
Jarrod Garripoli

CJ enters Sweet’s house and doesn’t find that anyone is there, so he leaves and receives a phone call from his brother. It turns out that while visiting his girl, but the Seville family wasn’t too keen on this and have him pinned down, so he needs your help. A gauge will appear on your screen once you regain control, which will feature Sweet’s health, so time is of the essence here. If you don’t have a weapon to use for this little upcoming battle, Sweet does mention going to Emmet’s place to secure one. However, there should be more than enough weapon pick-ups in the general vicinity of Grove Street, that you won’t need to make the trek over to Emmet.

Upon arriving at the scene, you will find some enemies on the street, so it’s a good idea to try to find some cover before they make mincemeat out of you. Clean up the ones on the street, then search for the one that might be on the stairs leading to the upstairs balcony. Once all of the enemies have been dealt with, Sweet will quickly call up and tell you to meet him up front with a vehicle. The game mentions it needs to be a four-door vehicle here, which almost any one will do, although the Taxi doesn’t seem to. Upon getting the appropriate kind of vehicle, park in the red marker to have both Sweet and his girl enter it.

It’s time to drive back to Sweet’s place on Grove Street, but it won’t be a peaceful one, as the Seville gang members are going to be pursuing you in their own vehicles. Sweet will be attacking them, but the trip home isn’t a very long one, so the pursuit shouldn’t really bother you at all. Once you reach Sweet’s home, you will be finished with the mission.
