Tenpenny mentions that the Ballas are getting smarter, as they seem to be making friends, cutting deals and tooling up for more than just some basic drive-bys. He says to check out a warehouse down at the docks to see what he means. Upon arriving at the compound, you learn that the Russians and Ballas are having a meeting inside the warehouse. This place is packed with a bunch of enemies, so it’s a good idea to be packing some good firepower before heading inside, as well as some armor. As soon as you enter the compound, the enemies inside will begin coming after you.
There aren’t too many outside, but you will have to keep an eye on the two forklifts that will be coming at you. They might both have explosive barrels on them, so be incredibly careful and try to aim at the barrels you can see to get them, before they can get you. Once the outside is clear, head to the main gate and look to the right of it to spot some Armor sitting on top of a crate. When you’re ready, head back to the gate and shoot the keypad to the left of it to open the gate up. As soon as you do, you’ll be greeted by some more enemies, so quickly get your trigger finger ready.
The warehouse is tightly packed and you never know when an enemy will pop their head around a corner, so you will want to take things relatively slow here. It’s important to remember that the enemies will not appear on your radar, so it might be a good idea to always be aiming in the case you get surprised by someone. At some point, you will reach the end (there’s another Armor in a corner right before this), so kill the enemies that appear here and climb the stairs to enter the office. You will see the Russian arms dealer run out the other exit as soon as you enter, so quickly chase after him.
There will be more enemies along the way, so you can either quickly shoot them or sprint past them. You will find another Armor inside the office, so it is possible to get to the arms dealer without taking too much damage. If you do take too long, though, he will get into a car and you will have to chase after him, with the game providing a PCJ-600 for you. Should it come to you chasing after him in a car, it’s a good idea to keep him in front of you at all times, since you will be able to shoot straight ahead, instead of having to look to the side and possibly crash into something. The mission will fail if he manages to escape, while simply his death will result in a successful mission.
