Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - The Definitive Edition

Leatherface

By
Jarrod Garripoli

Another popular myth in San Andreas is of someone called Leatherface by the community, although he also goes by the Chainsaw Killer or Panopticon Killer. If you don’t know who Leatherface is, he is the antagonist of the horror movie series, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. He commits acts of murder using a chainsaw and wears people’s skin as masks. The origin of this myth came about when people started hearing chainsaw noises at night around The Pantopicon. Unfortunately, there is no concrete evidence of Leatherface being real, as any screenshots or videos are fake or using mods.

Around the Panopticon, there are rumors that people heard chainsaw sounds at night. This report might have a little bit of substantial evidence, as you can obtain a chainsaw by the chopped trees in the area. However, this is also a logging camp, which might explain the fact you can get a chainsaw here. Some people have reported leaving their game running, while unattended, and ended up in the hospital some time later. Of course, this could be explained that CJ starved and died, or they are simply making it up.
