You will gain access to this mission upon completing Cesar Vialpando, then answering the phone call from him after that mission. He has an offer for you to make some money, by doing some illegal street racing. You will have to meet up with him in El Corona, where he will take you to the meet. This will put a CV on the map, which is the actual mission start marker, and also Cesar’s street. Note that the vehicle from the Cesar Vialpando mission, the Savanna, will work here, but its handling is a bit iffy, so you may be wanting to upgrade to a better vehicle for the upcoming race. On Cesar’s street, you may find a Voodoo, which is a much better vehicle for the race.
Whatever you do, head to the mission start marker to begin the actual mission. Your first order of business is to just follow Cesar to the starting line of the race, so keep close enough and when you arrive, park in the red marker. Now, the actual race will begin and you should know a few things ahead of time. You will have to drive through checkpoints during the race, of which there will be eleven of them. The checkpoints will have arrows on them that indicate the layout of the racing course. If you miss a checkpoint, then you will have to turn around and hit it in order to continue. The goal of the race is to come in first place, or else you will fail the mission.
If you chose to keep the Savanna for the race, then you will need to be a little careful when taking turns, as that vehicle can lose control somewhat at faster speeds. If you managed to find a Voodoo, though, it will be a little easier for you on the turns, so you can concentrate more on getting the lead over all other cars. There’s not too many turns in the race, so it’s extremely difficult. Once you reach the Santa Maria Beach pier, it’s just a straight line to the finish at the end of it. As soon as you cross the finish in first place, the mission will be over.
