This mission begins inside of Thurston Town, where the questgiver wants you to get three things back from the pirates. You will need to do three things in order to get the items back, with the first item being held by a man who likes to gamble. Head to the marker and he’ll mention that he’ll give you the necklace if you win his money back from the men playing poker.
If you’ve never played Poker in the game, it uses Texas Hold ‘Em rules, which means you’ll get 2 cards for yourself and then 5 community cards that anyone can use to make a Poker hand. One risky tactic is to go all in not long into a hand, which will likely prompt some of the others to fold, but one will most likely call.
Although it’s highly rigged for you to win, it’s best to practice playing poker in this mission.
After winning the money back, bring the gambler $300 and he’ll give you the necklace. The second item to get is a watch from the drunk. You are able to sneak up on him and perform a Takedown, making it very easy to loot the watch from his dead body.
The third item is a knife, so head to the target to find him surrounded by three enemies, as well as a dog. If they’re close enough together (which they should be), you can use a grenade or a RPG to kill them all at once. When they’re all dead, go and loot the knife from the target’s body, then bring the items back to the NPC to finish the mission. Your reward is $500, as well as some info pertaining to the events that happened before the Co-Op missions.
